Refunding to End-Users
Sometimes your users get charged without their knowledge. It may happen due to some technical error or some other reason. In that case, user will ask you for a refund. If this happens, then will refund them through your Payment Gateway.

One Year Subscription plans have 1 day trail period.
Returns
You have 3 calendar days to refund the payment from the date of Subscrition date User purchased the subscription service.
To be eligible for a return, you must not have more than 4 hours of watch time on our urvasi web site. / mobile App / Tv App be and not shared to any other user at different localion and used at different IP Adress.
Refunds
Once we receive your request for Subscription refund request through our Contact us page , we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your request.
We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting thethe details of your USER Subscription Plan.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of
payment) through the same payment gateway.
You will receive the credit normally within a 10 days, depending on your card issues & Other technical problems and polocies.
Shipping :
Since this is a subscription based service on our portal urvasi.com and deliverablle on same & Its Mobile Apps as well as TV Apps .
There is no phisical shipping involved. Subscription invoice reciept will be delivered through the user email adress .
If you receive a refund, the cost of returning taxes if any as per payment gateway polocies and your CARD polocies will be deducted from your refund.
Non- Refundable/ Non- returnable Products / Services:
PAY PER VIEW (PPV) Services are non- returnable and Non Refundable : such products and services cannot be claimed under this refund / return policy. Pay Per View purchase is valid for a time period of one day only. Hense Return / refund is not possible. User / Subscribe who are availing PPV services available at our site https://urvasi.com/en/pay-per-view-att
can not be niether cancelled not refunded. However user / Subscriber has used this ppv facility and paid by mistake or did not watched or used the facilty can cliam for a refund via https://urvasi.com/en/contactus form.
Upon inspection if all ok , the amount will be refunded with 10 days in the same route we recieved.
